I thought you were an agency. Why do you have a store?

We’ve always dreamed of expanding beyond being an advertising agency. This gives us more opportunities to give back as well as support creatives.

Will this impact your client work at all?

Definitely not. Think of it as an extension of the company that is separate from all of the client work. We have a lot more ideas to expand the 2930 Creative brand. This store is step 1 and hopefully a means to help us expand and try those others ideas without impacting our clients.

Do any of your products benefit a charity?

Absolutely! That is a huge reason we decided to start offering products. We wanted to find additional ways we could benefit charities. At launch, we have two designs that have all proceeds going to charity. You can find them all here.

Why am I getting emails from Printful?

We use Printful for order fulfillment. This is the key to us being able to open this store. Printful allows us to add products to our shop without holding any inventory. When you order one of our products, it is created on demand by Printful.

So all the products were created by Printful?

Nope. All art and ideas have been created by the 2930 Creative team. On each product you can see the team member that designed the product credited in the description.

What kind of paper are you using? 

Our posters are museum-quality made on thick, durable, matte paper. They are printed on archival, acid-free paper. Printed in America, sweatshop free.

What kind of shirts are you printing on?

We use Bella+Canvas t-shirts that look great on both men and women – they fits like a well-loved favorite. Made from 100% cotton, except for heather colors, which contain polyester.

What kind of mugs are you using?

We use sturdy white, glossy ceramic mugs that are dishwasher and microwave safe.

What kind of totes?

We use all-purpose natural 100% bull denim woven cotton tote bags.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer shipping rates for domestic & international shipping.

How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

There are a few things that impact the time it takes to get your order to you.

First, is the fulfillment of the order through Printful and then the delivery time. Printful as quickly as they can once your order is processed through our site. This is usually about 2-7 business days to create t-shirts and 2-5 business days for posters, mugs and totes .

Once that happens, you will get an email that your order is on your way. That email will include tracking information. At that point, it depends on the shipping type you chose when ordering.
